Today we are going to discus about cornflour and cornstarch.

Are both same?

or

They both are different?

Cornflour, or cornstarch as it's recognised of inside the States, is the finely powdered white starch extracted from maize kernels, which might be soaked and ground to separate the germ from the bran. It is really tasteless and is used as a thickening agent.
