Thank you so much for sharing this. My daughter is 6 and due to improper diet now she is suffering from vision problem. Doctor has asked her to wear reading glasses and we'll be ordering it from www.citysunglass.com, I just wanted to ask what else should I include in her diet along with the things you have mentioned above.
