Hi I'm a new member and I'm also concern about losing weight as well!
I think you just need to combine a good diet with working out daily.
Diet:
- Consume more vegetables and fruits. One of my favorite fruits that great for losing weight is guava because it's rich of fiber and other nutritions Consume guava as your snack is really good for your health.
- Drink 1,5l water every day.
- Avoid sugar, sweets, alcohol.
- Watching horror movies (I heard that they help burn more calories faster)

Work out: jogging, doing house work, go to the gym...
