I've tried numerous dieting and exercising techniques, and I've found that everyone needs something different. For me, I've been an on and off vegetarian for a few years, and I realized that when I stopped eating meat for 8 months, I started losing weight and people noticed. Not simply because meat itself is fattening, but it's everything that comes with it (the bread and condiments on sandwiches, etc.), so I'm back on the meatless track again, and things are going well smile.gif And, surprisingly, vegan and vegetarian food can be full of flavor if you know how to cook it!!

Make sure you get very friendly with the soy bean and all soy bean products. It's the vegetable that thought it was meat, because it has all the proteins needed for a balanced diet.

I love soy! Although I'm not vegan, I love all the soy products. Soy milk, tofu, etc. is all part of my daily eating regimen. One of my favorite restaurants is called California Vegan...I swear, you would not even believe this food is vegan! It's incredible smile.gif Soy chicken, shrimp, pad thai, burgers, everything!
