Loosing weight is not an easy task specially for a women but also not impossible. But there is only one rule to lose weight and that is, Never try any shortcut. There are few tips that i want to share with you.

Never ever skip breakfast and Eat regular meals
Eat more fruit & vegetables
Drink plenty of water
Use a smaller plate but eat high huge amount of Fiber
Plan your meals without a single drop of Alcohol
