The lower back is the pivot point of the body, bearing most of the weight with only a tiny spinal column and a few muscles to hold it all up. Back pain is very common among adults and is often caused by overuse and muscle strain or injury. And I Think Regular exercises to restore the strength of your back and a gradual return to everyday activities are important for your full recovery.

Back pain is mostly seen in fat people and people who sit continuous for many hours ,there back muscles get stressed and pain starts.

Hey i would suggest u need to take a great care for ur back pain..
as its the most delicate portion..
Exercises For Back Pain as very helpful..
have a belt for sure for back pain..

If the back pain is mild, try to exercise as well as maintaining an active lifestyle. You can do any activity that gives your body a good workout.
