I just want to come in and contribute my thoughts on exercising and losing body fat/weight. I strongly believe the best way to accomplish this it with anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise continues fat loss much longer than aerobic exercise. Types of anaerobic workouts include superset weight lifting, sprinting, and jumping. The most important aspect of anaerobic exercise is that it involves interval training...
