Hey friends!!!Fitness has own importance in our life.Because without of the fitness
we cant keep properly health.Fitness is our need because people are so busy in their work and life that they donít have time for themselves. I think that We need fitness to keep our muscles strong and working well...

My advice is to do meaning full and simple exercise to reduce weight,
Also done other activities like jogging, swimming, running etc,
Eat less fat and use fruits and boiled vegetables to get vitamins and minerals....

Fitness is so important for everyone. Without it no one can achieve its goals. I think balance diet and regular exercise are so necessary for health and fitness. These are two basic factors for maintaining level of fitness.
