Why don't you try slimming pills? There are plenty of those on the internet and they really work (at least they worked for me).

Hello there,

The best way to lose weight effectively is have a simple exercise like walking around 3km or running for 45 mins in the early morning. Also drink alot of water, have a healthy diet.

For your age, 80 Kg of Weight is too high. There is a calculation Your (Height in centimetres - 100) = Weight. According to this calculation if your height is 160 Cms - 100 = 60kg . So your Weight Should be 60 Kg. This is a perfect weight. Please Follow the below instructions for weight loss

1. Proper diet have some vegetables and fruits
2. Drink Hot water on early morning and do some exercises or walking.
3. Avoid oily foods and Junk foods.
