For the current way of life, I am still waiting to see, I seem to not know what to do to fill their empty minds already, as if this world did nothing to attract my attention. I was confused in the stagnant, I am waiting for a miracle.

I do agree, we must take care of our sleep,food,exercise to be moderate in energy level.I have complete food plan in one week with strict timing to go to bed and enjoying sleep.Nice post here and thanks.
